Jim was our bus driver and tour guide throughout and he was fantastic. He has an absolute wealth of Scottish history which we found interesting and enjoyable, not sure if all his stories were strictly true, but he's layed back, funny and made our day really enjoyable. There were plenty of stops to enjoy the magnificent scenery and use the facilities, thank you again Jim for a superb day out, I highly recommend anyone to do this tour.
I booked an afternoon tea boat trip on the Ouze and when COVID restrictions happened they contacted me to rearrange, this was fairly straight forward and the trip itself went ahead without a hitch.

We did the grand canyon west and hoover dam and skywalk... totally AMAZING EXPERIENCE. Oir tour guide Jason and driver Lorena were outstanding. Very funny and very informative. They kept us going on the bus there and back. Made the trip seem shorter. This is a must do trip when in Vegas
We had a great experience booking through Get Your Guide. I did contact customer service before our event and they got back to me very quickly. I would book through this service again.
GYG is by far the worst company EVER created! I have been dealing with a dispute for tickets I did not use. GYG refuse to give me my money back. Spoke with a rep at Atlanta City Pass was told that GYG could contact them to verify if the tickets was used or not. Contact GYG a rep there told me that they reach higher up to get a refund started. No refund was EVER processed! Now I’m calling back two weeks later about the same issue. There was suppose to be an email sent about refund, no email was ever sent. I’m highly upset that GYG is been greedy. The experience I’ve had with the company has been awful and should be shut down.
Made the mistake to book an airport transfer with them from koh Chang to trat airport. First during the booking I was told it didn't work on the website, than I received via email a booking confirmation. They stated the actual agency will confirm the actual pick up date.
When I did not receive anything 20 hours before the pick up time (it was in the morning), I started to write emails, call them, text them via line and wa. No response for 3 hours. I then asked to cancel this booking and booked it with a local agency, which was cheaper.
First they informed me I will get a refund, then suddenly, that I won't get one. I received than a confirmation for my pick up 17:25, pick up 9:10 at the morning. If I would have not received anything by that time it would have been to late to arrange with another agency as a lot of them close between 17-18.
So if you go to Thailand, book the trips with local companies! Not with those guys!
BOOK YOUR TOURS WITH LOCAL GUIDES!
I can’t stress this enough. I booked a tour in New York for little Italy, Wall street and Chinatown and the guide never showed up. We waited for 1 hour and the problem wasn’t the waiting, it was the fact that we really looked forward to taking that tour. At least they managed our refund quick and easily. I just don’t understand why they won’t confirm with the local operator to make sure and provide a good customer experience. It’s not the first time this happened to me. I tried giving GetYourGuide a second chance and it failed, once again. Never again!
They charge for cancellations that are Covid related. We had our flights cancelled due to Covid to Cairns and they still charge a cancellation fee. I can understand if I am cancelling because of change of mind, but not Covid. Beware!
I booked a whale watch through get your guide and did not find out that the whale watch was canceled until after half an hour of waiting on the dock. We had a big run around trying to get her money back calling the company that does the whale watch and get your guide, it was a miserable experience, did not offer any voucher or discount etc, will not be booking with get your guide again.
booked a helicopter tour for my wife and I , and the last minute I got a call saying sorry it was over booked, they had managed to book 1 helicopter for 3 different couples

It worked for us so it seems legit! We had no problem using the provided voucher and changing the activity for something different only having to pay the difference in cost.

This company is amazing. I've completed tours in the Virgin Islands, Paris, and Mexico. It's highly recommended!

I think you pay the price for the advantages you have wirh a tour such as skip line, pick up and drop off at the hotel, a guide... If you read everything that's included in the tour, you are going to find the answer. I paid the price and my family and I had a great time.

We love it, we use guide for you in all our vacantion, always good price and always happy with all services. Last vacantion we book 4 excursions with them in Punta Cana all very good. We also use in Duba, Paris, Antalia i and other places. The best for us.
